Cox Rehabilitation Center

Halifax Regional Health System’s rehabilitative services are designed to meet the needs of both inpatients and outpatients. Hospital patients receive therapy during their hospital stay. Outpatients are treated at Cox Rehabilitation Center located on the campus of Halifax Regional Hospital.

Cox Rehabilitation Center, named for long time board member and community leader, Walter Cox, opened in 2002.  This 7,000 square foot, state-of-the art facility features expanded services including an aquatic therapy program and industrial rehab center.
