Satisfaction survey

All of us at Halifax Regional Hospital value your service and want you to choose us for your healthcare needs. When you are discharged home from the hospital, you will receive a customer satisfaction survey in the mail. We ask that you take a moment to complete the survey and return it to us. Our goal is to provide quality care that is pleasing to our customers. With your help, we can do that. Our chief executive officer, Mr. Chris Lumsden, reviews all responses and makes sure that any concerns you have are addressed. We appreciate your help in our continual efforts to make Halifax Regional Hospital the best it can be.
