Guest Relations

Halifax Regional Hospital’s Guest Relations representative is available to help patients and their families during their time with us. We want your hospital experience to be as good as possible and our Guest Relations representative is here to help make that happen. Her role is to ensure satisfactory services, to serve as an advocate for the patient to ensure their rights and interpret their responsibilities and to serve as a complaint manager for problem resolution. She is available to help you with making advance directives, and can answer any number of questions or will put you in contact with the person who can.

The Guest relations office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. In the absence of the coordinator, the house supervisor is available to help.
