The “Eating for a Healthy Weight” class focuses on caloric and fat reduction based on recommendations from the USDA MyPyramid: Steps to a Healthier You. It covers portion control, reading food labels, healthy dining out, breaking stress and habit eating patterns and exercise. All information is covered in one class session.
