You will receive two separate financial statements regarding your visit to the emergency department.

- If you have questions about your hospital statement, please call Patient Financial Services at 434.517.3190.
Emergency Department Survey
When you are discharged from our emergency department, you will be given a customer satisfaction survey. We ask that you take a moment to complete the survey and return it to us. Our goal is to provide quality care that is pleasing to our patients and their families. With your help, we can do that. We appreciate your assistance in our continual efforts to make our emergency department the best it can be.
